At Lakom.shop, we want you to love your home décor and accessories. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition are not eligible.
Certain items such as clearance products or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos of the issue and packaging.
- We will replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Used or altered items
- Items not in original packaging
- Home décor items that show wear or installation marks
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at help@lakom.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
If you want a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged.
